Hotel Frente al Mar , hermoso y el gerente muy atento y eficiente ,el personal igual, Milgracias .
El hotel muy lindo, y la atencion del Gerente, excepcional, se hizo cargo de servicios extras que el hotel cobraban aparte y Booking decia que incluia, como caja fuerte, el cambio de toallas, que habia un extra que abonar y wifi que habia que abonar, asi que el Gerente personalmente nos resolvio todo muy amablemente, dandonos esos extras sin cargo y hasta su clave personal de wifi y luego un champagne de regalo de cortesia en la habitacion, un genio total, mil gracias, y todo muy lindo, frente al mar, instalaciones, piscina interna, hidromasaje templado, gym todo ok , desayuno y cena variada,etc, todo el personal bien, la pasamos lindo.
el problema es con booking que dice que incluye cosas que no lo incluye, y ademas unico cuando reservamos antes salia aproximadamete 16000 $ argentinos y al pagar casi 20000$ por aumento del euro, y no lo habia cobrado booking, entonces de que nos sirve reservar antes ? si no congelamos precio? como con Despegar que jamas tuvimos ese problema? si es asi no nos sirve reservar con ustedes y somos viajeros frecuentes , asi que me gustaria que se hicieran cargo de la diferencia del pago entre reserva y la abonada. En otros hoteles cobraron todo anticipado con el valor acordado, asi que suponiamos lo mismo en el MArbella Playa Hotel y espero que Booking se haga cargo de la diferencia , para seguir contrantando con ustedes , que como saben viajamos muchas veces al año, a pasear o a trabajar por Europa, Asia o AMerica. gracias. por todo.

ACutre. Antiguo y sucio. No tiene wifi en las habitaciones. No Lavan ropa. Pides plancha te cobran fianza y no te dan tabla. La caja fuerte la cobran. Las comidas te las cobran, no te las cargan a la habitación. No tiene parking, aparcas en la calle. El parking cubierto es para los empleados. Esta en medio de l la nada.
